Over the past 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of working across different industries in the UAE—from e-commerce, fashion and retail, luxury real estate, consumer electronics, education, recruitment, and of course, healthcare. Whether it was full-time gigs or freelance projects, I’ve dabbled in a bit of everything.

But after years of wearing different hats, I realized that the way to make an impact is to focus. Just because I can market various industries doesn’t mean I should.

I’ve been following marketing heavyweights like Dennis Yu and Chris Do, and both echo the same thing: niche down— not by limiting what I can offer, but by getting laser-focused on who I’ll be serving. That’s when I had my “aha” moment: it was time to narrow down to digital healthcare marketing.

A Simple Referral That Changed Everything

My journey into healthcare marketing kicked off with a simple favor. 6 years ago, my old boss needed a landing page for his father’s clinic—a small private clinic in Jumeirah, Dubai.

I built their landing page, and pretty soon, I was running their social media and Google Ads campaigns for laser hair removal in Dubai. What started as a side gig quickly turned into a rewarding experience that opened my eyes to the unique challenges of marketing in healthcare.

From Small Clinics to Big Hospitals

That first project led to many more. Over the years, I’ve worked with dental clinics, homecare service providers, BLS/CME training centers, medical centers and hospitals. I’ve also partnered with doctors to build their personal brands and generate leads through their social media, and it’s been a fulfilling ride. I wasn’t just creating content or running ads; I was helping real people make real connections.

Working in healthcare isn’t just about creating ads or running campaigns—it’s about making a real impact. Whether it’s helping a small clinic fill up its appointment book or supporting a hospital in reaching more patients, the work feels meaningful.

Why Healthcare?

I’ve been here in the UAE for 18 years, and like many expatriates, I’ve experienced firsthand the benefits of its world-class healthcare system. It’s one of the key reasons many of us choose to stay and build our lives here. The level of care and innovation in healthcare is exceptional, and it’s a point of pride for the entire emirates.

That’s why I’ve chosen to focus my expertise on healthcare marketing. This industry has played a huge role in my life and the lives of many others in the UAE. By helping clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals enhance their online presence, I’m doing my part to contribute to the continued success of a system that has taken care of so many of us.

Though I still accept select projects from other industries, my primary focus is healthcare. This is where I’ve honed my skills and where I believe I can make the most impact. I want to support healthcare providers in thriving digitally, reaching more patients, and growing in this competitive space.
